Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to the UK only.

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If an item is out of stock or there’s a delay, we’ll notify you via email.

  • We offer various shipping options, including standard and express delivery. Delivery times may vary based on the method selected:

    • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the shipping method chosen. Free shipping may be available for orders over £70.

5. Order Tracking

6. International Shipping

8. Returns and Exchanges

      • Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
      • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
